The MELAG Vacuclave 105 is a compact Class B autoclave designed for space-constrained medical and ophthalmic practices, offering fast, efficient sterilization with cycles starting from 6.5 minutes.
Key features
This autoclave features high performance in a compact format, designed and produced in Germany ("Made in Germany").
- Class B: This is a Class B autoclave, which means it is suitable for sterilizing all types of loads (solid, hollow, porous, wrapped or unwrapped instruments), in compliance with EN 13060.
- Speed: The Vacuclave 105 offers fast cycle times, from 6.5 minutes (plus flexDRY drying, which can be adjusted from 1 to 60 minutes).
- Compact design: At just 30 cm wide, it takes up 60% less space than traditional Class B autoclaves, making it ideal for small spaces.
- Capacity: It has a chamber volume of 5 liters and can sterilize up to 2 kg of instruments on 2 trays or in a MELAstore Box Compact.
- Intuitive operation: The unit is equipped with a large Smart-Touch display for easy operation and program selection.
- Connectivity and documentation: Sterilization protocols can be recorded via USB stick or network connection, ensuring full traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Energy efficiency: Power Save mode puts the heater and display on standby between cycles for optimized energy consumption.
- Plug & Play installation: The "plug and play" installation concept makes commissioning quick and easy.
