NIDEK SC-1600P (SC-1600 Pola) - Key features
1. Type of device - High-definition LCD visual testing screen for: distance visual acuity measurement, subjective refraction, binocular testing, stereoscopic testing, contrast sensitivity measurement. Class I CE medical device.
2. Screen/display: High-resolution 17" SXGA LCD, very stable image and homogeneous white background, deep blacks for precise contrast, sharp display even on small optotypes, white/black inversion function.
The system enables highly accurate reproduction of Landolt letters and rings, useful for post-refractive surgery/cataract examinations.
3. Displayable acuity range from approx. 0.04 to 2.0 equivalent: 1/25 to 20/10
=> covers classic refraction + high acuity control.
4. Programmable refraction distance: distance adjustable from 2.50 m to 6.00 m, adjustable in 1 cm steps, integrated mirror mode for rooms with mirror reflection
some M versions up to 7 m.
This automatically calibrates optotype size to actual working distance.
5. Pola technology = polarized dissociation
The SC-1600P = SC-1600 Pola features: integrated polarized LCD screen, operation with 45°/135° polarized glasses, binocular vision, stereotests, fusion tests, right/left eye dissociation.

The unit can be controlled by: dedicated infrared remote control (optional) synchronization with NIDEK automatic refractors: RT-3100, RT-5100, RT-6100, NIDEK AOS channels
