This is a unique feature of the IS-600 III: the column supporting the refractor can be attached to the table. When the stage moves up or down, the column and the refractor follow the movement, keeping the refractor at the same level as the other instruments. The unit is specifically designed to accommodate a Topcon CV-5000 refractor, with a power supply that can be integrated into the drawers. It can also accommodate two refraction/diagnostic instruments, depending on the selected configuration.
