Depth
Thanks to source-scanning OCT technology and a proprietary system, DREAM OCT™ achieves an unprecedented imaging depth of 12 mm (in tissue) for retinal imaging and 16.2 mm (in air) for the anterior segment.

Fast
With a scan speed of up to 400 kHz, DREAM OCT™ is faster than ever. This high speed is essential for high-resolution OCT angiography and helps eliminate artifacts due to eye movements.

Scope
DREAM OCT™ covers an ultra-wide field of 26 mm × 21 mm (130° internal angle) over the retina in a single scan. An automatic mount extends the field of view to 200°, covering the entire posterior hemisphere and revealing lesions in the retinal periphery.

Precise
OCT DREAM™ is accurate and capable of detecting tiny incipient vascular pathologies while maintaining a low false-positive rate. The proprietary TrueAngio™ algorithm ensures high sensitivity in detecting subtle flow signals. The 3D Projection Artifact Removal and Deep Layer™ algorithms help reduce artifacts and reveal true lesions.
For anterior segment imaging and biometric measurements, raw images undergo sophisticated corrections to compensate for optical distortion and light refraction. This ensures accurate quantification of biometric parameters, essential for clinical decision-making.

Multimodal
Featuring a state-of-the-art swept-source OCT engine, the DREAM OCT™ integrates a complete set of imaging modalities, including retinal OCT, retinal OCTA, anterior segment OCT (AS-OCT), AS-OCTA and visualized biometry, for the most demanding clinical and research applications.
The combination of different modalities does not compromise the individual performance of each. On the contrary, they work together to perform previously impossible functions, such as precise measurement of retinal curvature and complete imaging of the eye to reconstruct a geometrically accurate 3D representation.
