I want to pay by credit card. My credit declined. How to proceed with to book the equipment?
No stress. Contact our sales department by email sales@ophtazon.com to book your equipment. We will send you OPHTAZON bank details. Upon receipt of proof of full payment, the ad will be suspended for one week.
I would like to make a payment by bank transfer. How do I proceed?
Contact our customer service by email sales@ophtazon.com and give us the ad reference noted in the description of product. Please add your billing details. Upon receipt, we will send you the proforma invoice with our bank details for payment. Once the proof of payment received, your equipment will be booked for one week.
I need delivery and installation. How to proceed?
Once the equipment purchased through the payment interface, an email will be sent to you asking whether you require delivery, installation or both. After sending clearly your details and instructions, our sales department will contact you to offer you our services.
I want to make an offer...
Ok, great. First make your offer by email at sales@ophtazon.com. Don't forgot to mention the ad number. Then as soon as accepted, you will complete the deal with our sales department.
